FROM LDL TO SOFT CONDENSED MATTER
The application of electron paramagnetic resonance spectroscopy (EPR) will be shown in the research of complex macromolecular assemblies like low density lipoproteins [1, 2]. Advanced pulsed techniques currently in use in the Laboratory for magnetic resonances at the Rudjer Boskovic Insitute will be presented in the context of the research of complex gelator network [3] and simple glassy/crystalline matrix [4].
