Introduction of marketing concept in the labour market policy in transition
The primary visible characteristic of transition is a large growth of the number of unemployed workers and troublesomeness of their reintroduction in the economic processes. Labour market policy in favour of disadvantaged groups, which should not be organised as a government act, can be viewed as an exchange process with enterprises. Because of that labour market policy can and should learn from marketing concept already common in market behaviour of enterprises.
