The Role of Government in Transition Economies
The role of government in the transition economies encompasses a series of actions on the line of creating the best environment for the enterprising spirit and especially in the direction towards a clear defining and protection of ownership rights, attracting the capital and stimulating a competitive microeconomy with stability of economic movement. Early experiences show that rare countries managed to stabilize their economic movement while implementing economic liberalization.
