Role of the Phare Programme in the Restructuring of the Economies in Transition

The transitional processes in countries of Central and Eastern Europe have the task to develop a healthy enterpreneurial activity and a market economy, to which the Phare program established by the European Union, also contributes through financial and technical help. Since the Republic of Croatia hasn"t yet taken advantage of this program it must strive to create a stable economy to be able to obtain means offered by the Phare program, thus getting to enter the European Union.
