The New European Court of Human Rights, Conference Review

The article is a review of the Conference on the ECHR, held in Zagreb on 23 May 1999. The topics of the event were Council of Europe, importance of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, development of the new Court, its jurisdiction and functioning, as well as the judgements and their significance.
