Collection, Creation and Distribution of Information in Crisis Management

In order to facilitate decision-making in crises, it is necessary to insure such a situation that individual managers always have available only such information that is significant for decision-making and avoid being unnecessarily swamped by unimportant information. Unfortunately, even today in case of natural disasters it is relatively often necessary (first of all in the initial phases) to make decisions on inaccurately structured information. Very often the manager has to rely also on information from unauthenticated sources.
