On the Cuspidal Modular Forms for the Fuchsian Groups of the First Kind

In this paper the construction and non-vanishing of cuspidal modular forms of weight m at least 3 for arbitrary Fuchsian group of the first kind is studied. A spanning set for the space of cuspidal modular forms of weight m is given. The approach in the paper is uniform (it does not depend on the fact if the group has cusps or not).
