The requirement for the legal regulation of commercial relations in cloud computing
History of Information Science as perceived today barely exceeds a century. One can even claim it hasn’t been particularly articulated and it doesn’t have its own basis in sense of axiomatic postulates. Many discussions criticize Information Science that it doesn’t have its own core so it borrows it from other sciences. The fact is Information Sciences borrow quite from other “older” sciences, but not necessarily more serious sciences. Mistake, as well as the problem, will occur if one treats Information System solely as computer application. Information System is a basic element of researches undertaken in Information Sciences. However, Information System, with or without computers, doesn’t exist autonomously. As such it wouldn’t make any sense. It is synergy-related to its pair – business system. Together they make a reality centred by user and his preferences. Only in those circumstances do they make sense. The fact is, business system necessarily adjusts itself to environmental conditions in every, and especially, in commercial way. Velocity of changes among requirements that emerge in environment is necessarily accompanied and supported by right information. Technique of aggregating, processing and saving such information demands suitable technical tools and sophisticated technological modes. Paper considers user’s position in the process of developing Information Sciences, theoretical and practical postulates in terms of computer supported Information Systems. Paper especially considers cloud computing as “state-of-the-art” development mode of Information Systems and its influence over all subjects in environments collectively named Information System, enclosing the Information System as well. To what distinct is cloud computing as a sensible result of the development of human thoughts and aspirations?
