Dietary zinc dose-rate idiorrhythm is a powerfull tool for detection of subtle mineral interactions. A case for the expression of Recommended Dietary Allowances (RAD's) and Safety Limits (RFD's) in the range format.

Idiorrhythmic zinc dose-rate variability in dieatry zinc intake revealed subtle trace element mineral interactions at their physiological lovel of dietary intake. Imlpying a set of balanced equilibria in dietary trace element intake. Therefore, current Recommended Dietary Allowances (RAD's) and Safety Limits (RFD's) should not be presented as a fixed values but in a range format.
