Fullerenes and disk-fullerenes
Geometric fullerene is defined as a closed convex polyhedral surface with vertices of degree 3, all the faces of which have size 5 or 6. We call disk-fullerene convex polyhedral surface with vertices of degree 3, limited by a contour of length n all the faces of which are only 5 - and 6-carbon. The two-dimensional surface is called irreducible if it does not contain zones, i.e. simple cycle, consisting of 6 rectangles, each of which adjacent to its neighbors on the opposite side. Here we investigate irreducible n-disk fullerenes.
