Moreover, author has attempted to determine the patterns in which the social environment and family, proprietary, and other conditions have affected the offenders, and relate them to specific causes and motives. Similarly, the society's response to misdemeanors and crimes is investigated through the analysis of sanctions and other measures were taken against underage offenders.
