The mission of modern nursing in patients with brain tumors

The mission of modern nursing rests on the implementation of quality health care based on knowledge and skills, courtesy, efficiency, trust and respect. Through a process of continuous improvement of the existing nursing practice the needs for resources are determined, and research in nursing and responsibility of nurses / technicians are encouraged. By investing in the development, education and better collaboration with patients and their families, we strive to promote public health, patients' recovery from illness and illness complications and continuous nursing care in meeting the health and basic human needs of patients. The fundamental values that are promoted through scientific research are excellence in nursing practice through a holistic approach and respect for patients' rights, accountability and efficiency in the disposal of human and material resources of the hospital, competence, training and evidence-based practice. Further value refers to building trust through respect, honesty and transparency, as well as building professional relationships for the purpose of motivation, team achievements and positive working environment.
