The Role of the Police in Taking Akcions to Provide Evedence in Criminal Procedure
The subject of this paper is the role of the police in traking actions in oder to provide evidence, than its areas of opetation and tasks, legal solutions in the process of proof, as well as the importance of the police to the entire criminal procedure. The evidence of the ciminal act, as well as proving itself, traditionally is part of criminal procedure law. Within the ciminal procedural notion of evidence, the matter of proof or facts to be proved. In order to provide such evidence, the existing legal provisions stipulate the duty of the police to act whenever there is a possibility that a criminal act is committed which is prosecuted ex officio. So, it is a police action ex officio and on its basis of the plaintiffs reguest. Crime in any society reflects the general world events and specific event in the particular society. It is very flexible and adapts all the current changes, both globally and locally. For this reason, there is a constant need for more efforts to combat crime in oder to reduce the fear of crime among citizens adn thus to enhance tehe quality of life.
