The Darknet as a Safe Haven for Violent Extremists

In this paper we will deal with the reasons why Darknet has become safe haven for violent extremists and all those who want to protect their activities from the looks of others. In this paper, we will primarily be interested in those who use this Darknet protection to deal with illegal activities such as organized crime, violent extremism, terrorism, radicalization, etc. But to be able to devote the analysis of abuse to Darknet we must first understand how the Darknet works, this article should serve as guidance. After that, we will point out problems related to the control of Darknet's work, especially those that are technology-related. Then we will analyse the existing legal norm available to members of the security system for legitimate: monitoring, interception and analysis of the Darknet. The concluding analysis of the paper deals with the collection and processing of digital evidence in order to prevent and persecute perpetrators of criminal offenses.
